Vidella Hotel

At The Vidella you can expect quality. Quality service, quality food and quality surroundings. That is why during 2007, we won our second consecutive award from Blackpool Tourism Excellence Awards. We received the title of Guest Accommodation Of The Year 2006/2007 - Highly Commended. The previous year we won The Hotel Of The Year - Silver Award. For more than six years Visit Britain (the official British Tourist Authority) has awarded us Three Stars.

This year we have made vast improvements to our restaurant. We have opened the restaurant to the public. This has created much more choice - both to eating times and menus. Our resident chef, Stephen Brennan has previously worked with Rick Stein at Padstow, Cornwall. He has created dishes for The Queen on two occasions (her 70th Birthday and The Millenium), as well as creating dishes for the G7 Summit including President Clinton and Tony Blair. We have had a complete refurbishment of the restaurant including a unique water feature, hence the name Cascades Restaurant.
